Refund policy
We promise to deliver an amazing product & customer experience, here are some things you might want to know. Pashweave products are handcrafted & delivered to you after a thorough Quality check . Minor inconsistency if any, is due to uniqueness of the product and hint of handcrafted work.
Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.
We refund 100%, and don't play dirty games of store credits or wallets.
1) The return request must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.
2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
5) Customers need to fill a form before sending the item(s) back (contact our helpline to get the form).
6) Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via bank transfer.
7) Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
8) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
